- A detailed drawing with a complete Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Labelling and testing procedures
- Packaging requirements

Advanced Testing & Quality Assurance
For thorough performance validation, we use the state-of-the-art VIAVI MAP-300 optical cable assembly tester. MAP Series cassettes (including amplifiers and source cassettes) are classified as either Class 3B or Class 1M Laser products. When installed in a MAP Series mainframe, these cassettes meet IEC 60825-1 requirements and comply with 21 CFR 1040.10 and 1040.11. This ensures that every cable assembly we deliver is tested under stringent safety and performance standards.
